Small figurine shows the Egyptian goddess Sekhmet as a lion-headed woman seated on a throne. Painted resin casting 4 inches tall. The original of this figure is made of gilded wood and is only about 10 inches tall. It dates from the 18th Dynasty (New Kingdom) and is now in the Cairo Museum.
